- We offer you and your family the opportunity to interact with the animals. We ask that you bring a change of clothes to wear while being with the animals.
- We also want to be sure that you, your family, and our animals stay healthy, so washing your hands with soap and water after handling the animals is a must.
- Our rates include breakfast, with our fantastic free-range eggs that you are invited to collect. On weekdays, we have an expanded continental breakfast. Weekends we have full cooked breakfast including free-range eggs from our chickens.
- We also sell a dozen eggs for $3.
- Every guest reservation is special and important to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation. Please contact us at least 5 days prior to your arrival to cancel your reservation.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than Five (5) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we will you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can re-book your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.
- We are a family-friendly Bed and Breakfast and we welcome children of all ages. Parents are responsible for the immediate supervision of their children at all times. We care about your safety, and this is a working farm where not all area's are child-safe. As a courtesy to our other guests,families with unsupervised children will be asked to leave with no refund.
- Our entire property is smoke-free---No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere on the property. $200 cleaning fee for violations. Thank you.
- Our two Shih-Tzu's will greet you at the door. They love meeting new people! Unfortunately, no guest pets are permitted.
- Check In: 3-6 pm. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
